The scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and pricing for each project are defined in written proposals, statements of work, or service agreements agreed upon by both parties prior to project commencement. Any changes or additions to the agreed scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise expressly stated in a signed written agreement, Wasitech LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies, templates, or proprietary materials used in delivering its services. Upon full payment for the agreed services, the client is granted ownership or a license to the project deliverables as specified in the applicable agreement. Wasitech LLC reserves the right to reuse general knowledge, skills, and non-client-specific components developed during the engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or confidential information disclosed during the course of an engagement, whether shared in written, electronic, or verbal form. Confidential information shall be used solely for the purpose of performing the agreed services and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. Reasonable measures shall be taken to protect such information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure during and after the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wasitech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of this website or the services provided, even if Wasitech LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Wasitech LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
