Wasitech LLC provides custom website, software, and mobile application development services tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Services have not yet commenced, or
A written agreement, proposal, or statement of work expressly allows for a refund, or
Wasitech LLC is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances solely attributable to us.
Once work has begun, any completed milestones, delivered work, or services already rendered are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Fees for completed project milestones or delivered deliverables
Time-based or hourly services already performed
Costs incurred for third-party tools, software licenses, hosting, or services approved by the client
Change requests, enhancements, or additional work approved by the client
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice. Any approved refunds, if applicable, will reflect work completed up to the cancellation date, delivered milestones, and any associated costs incurred.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@wasitech.top and must include relevant project details. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable payment processor policies.

Wasitech LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
